Key Responsibilities: • Lead SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installation, upgrades, migrations, and patching. • Plan and execute S/4 HANA conversion projects from ECC6, with a focus on Brownfield migration strategies. • Provide technical expertise for SAP systems, including performance tuning, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and security configurations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics and manufacturing to ensure seamless SAP integration and business process efficiency. • Manage SAP landscapes, including system refreshes, transport management, and database administration. • Ensure compliance with best practices in system security, backups, and disaster recovery. • Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users to support system enhancements and new implementations. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Requirements: • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration with a strong background in SAP project implementation. • Proven experience in S/4 HANA migration projects, including at least one successful ECC6 to S/4 HANA conversion (Brownfield preferred). • Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, databases (HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server), and cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Familiarity with business processes in the logistics sector and their SAP integration. • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose innovative solutions, and work autonomously. • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, Security, and Performance tuning is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience in manufacturing industry SAP implementations. • Exposure to SAP cloud solutions and infrastructure management. • Knowledge of SAP security concepts, role management, and user administration. • Certifications in SAP Basis or S/4 HANA are an advantage
