Job Details :

• Develop functional specifications related to customization/enhancement of SAP R3, including but not limited to SAP and non-SAP reporting. • Work with developers to transition functional specs into technical design documents. • Author programming specs and work closely with the programming team to develop enhancements, interfaces, and updates to the SAP system. • Manages incident tickets per service level agreements. Works on root cause analysis and corrective actions • Develops and executes end-user training. • Assist in the development or enhancement of functional reporting capabilities. • Coordinate, lead & participate project tasks during SAP projects for the MM, Sales module • Work jointly in project teams with user representatives, implementation partners and other IT staff. • Assist and consult business representatives during the implementation of change management tasks. • Coordinate work with legacy system users & personnel for interfaces and/or data conversions • Support Data Migration efforts in cooperation with Key Users. Define Data Migration Rules & Test Scripts for Data Migration. Assist testing for Data Migration. • Provide Application Support for users, key users, and subject matter experts by following Service Desk Processes and usage of the ticketing system. • Support colleagues and users during the various test phases for systems & applications
