Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans for IT initiatives related to mortgage financing and housing operations. Coordinate project activities, set milestones, and ensure timely completion within scope and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Mortgage and Housing System Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of IT systems related to mortgage financing, loan origination, and reliable housing. Work closely with IT development teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications and platforms. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to IT projects and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies governing mortgage financing and housing. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for IT solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct testing and validation of IT systems to guarantee functionality and user satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative working environment within cross-functional teams.
