Job Description: The Space Superiority Division is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support a multi-year U.S. Government Cost-Plus program based in Chantilly, VA. Candidates seeking hybrid working arrangements are also eligible for this position. Candidates must reside in Chantilly, VA(nearby) area. As a member of a cohesive team supporting this program, you will perform weekly and monthly reporting on financial metrics, trend analysis, and identify actions needed to achieve program goals. DOD ACTIVE Top Secret SCI security clearance is required

Essential Functions: Perform weekly and monthly analysis of key financial trends, including cost versus plan, labor utilization, and cash collection metrics Collaborate with Program Management, Program Finance teammates, and functional support leaders to communicate financial trends and formulate go-forward action plans Partner with Program Management and Program Finance teammates to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes. This includes management of the program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and charge codes within the company's ERP system (PeopleSoft) Manage financial reporting parameters in the company's ERP system. This includes tracking of program Estimated Cost at Completion (EAC) and Profit at Completion (PAC), as well as reviewing month-end results for consistency with expectations. Prepare monthly Program Management Review (PMR) financial charts, highlighting key financial results, trends, and outlook. Metrics include program funding profile, cost trends, risk position, and cash flow history. Review transaction-level cost details supporting twice-monthly Cost-Plus billings Support completion of program EVMS reports and other standard CDRL’s. Qualifications: Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment. Strong communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunities Experience and proficiency with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Top Secret SCI security clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Specific experience with PeopleSoft, MPM, or Cobra is a plus Experience in Program Finance on U.S. Government programs Experience and proficiency with Earned Value Management
