To be successful, you'll need: • Business analysis experience, including the ability to identify requirements and assess the impact of change • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including the capacity to develop and deliver impact analyses • The ability to collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders to achieve assigned objectives • Proficiency in crafting reports and presentations that convey complex messages in an easily digestible format • Develop new and expand existing relationships with customers, partners, technical specialists, and other key stakeholders. • Coordinate activities as required to ensure successful delivery of endorsed projects, products, and services • Support all market and capability sectors with the development of business cases, requirements definitions, implementation plans and digital delivery. • Support solution development and delivery teams to ensure customer challenges are well defined and the anticipated value and benefits are realised • Measure outcomes and value of initiatives and programs undertaken as part of digitalisation initiatives. • Identify opportunities to achieve improved return on investment and creation of sustainable business and customer value. • Maintain awareness and knowledge of current and future digital technologies products and services, identifies opportunities that may be piloted to inform future business direction. • Assist with planning and operational roll-out of digital initiatives and alignment to business segment and global digital initiatives. Qualifications and Experience • An undergraduate degree in related technical field(s) and relevant industry experience combining subject matter expertise, relationship management and communication skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including mastery of English grammar • Demonstrated customer engagement skills including advanced written and verbal communication skills • Experience architecting IoT solutions from sensor through to the cloud and everything in between Edge/IoT device management experience • Experienced with cloud-based platforms and technologies will be an advantage. (AWS, Azure, GCP)
